Froch-Pascal was a great fight, both guys coming forward and fighting for 12 rounds. I have more respect for a fighter who comes and gives his all

Yeah, he was too scared in his fight against Froch. If he had the mentality that he could beat anyone, he would have beaten Froch.

You could say the Abraham fight was a turning point, but everyone knew Dirrell was going to look impressive against a static fighter like Abraham.

Could you see Jean Pascal behaving like Dirrell did given similar circumstances? Pascal is a fighter's fighter.

Those of us with any sense did D,the rest keep coming up with stuff about Abraham being the hardest puncher in the division, and they base that on KO'ing a jermain Taylor whos's punch resistance had pretty much vanished by the time they fought.

It's such a shame because Dirrell was immense in the first 10 rounds, he seemed to get panicky as AA got wilder and more desperate, if only he could have lasted the extra round and a half it would have been an almost flawless victory. Now there will always be a big su****ion of foul play, especially when you watch the rewind of the 'glancing blow' followed by Dirrell's delayed reaction.

Abraham is a good fighter, but he's going to look ****** against anyone with movement. If Froch enforces a similar fight-plan to Dirrell he could end up making Abraham look silly.

But we all know Froch isn't going to do that.

Abraham started to push Dirrell around the ring in the later rounds, moving him into the ropes and corner. But that was because of Dirrell's lack of concentration and not Abraham's skills.

Thats what I'm saying Ray. I dont dislike Dirrell, the bloke has tremendous skills,I just dont think he has a fighters heart. In the aftermath of the fight I was inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt, but after watching it again and getting all the angles in,it looks really bad. If he had gotten pissed about it,tried to stand up and fell over or even made some gesture as if to say "f.uck that",then maybe it wouldnt look so bad,but the way he went over and what happened after was just pure theatre and looked totally unconvincing.

Thanks for the video. That Dirrell is really a scumbag loser. This video shows clearly that he sees that Abraham is about to attack and because of this he lets himself fall down to the canvas.
