Manny Pacquiao's team is connected to Illegal substances.

Shane Mosley has a history of taking Illegal substances.

Mosley agreed to take the drug test, but Pacquaio refused and canceled the fight after initially agreeing to the test.

I agree with everything except the bold, there wasn't a dehydration clause apparently. It was the fact that DLH put that much tension on his body to make weight that he didn't rehydrate properly I think. It was DLH's fault for trying to pick on a small guy and thinking he would make WW okay, his mistake and he paid for that mistake.
