Manny Pacquiao's team is connected to Illegal substances.

Shane Mosley has a history of taking Illegal substances.

Mosley agreed to take the drug test, but Pacquaio refused and canceled the fight after initially agreeing to the test.

Ducking is avoiding a fight, asking someone to take a test to ensure they are not cheating isn't ducking.

How come none of Mosley opponent ever demanded blood?

He agreed cus Mosley knows he's gonna beat up Floyd and get his money.

Yep, and it's Pacquaio who avoided the fight (ducked) because of excuses.

Pacquaio disagreed because he knows Mayweather is going to beat him and take his heart.

It is when you know the opponent will be weakened and had lost a fight due to blood test so close to the fight.

Pacquiao lost to Morales after he gave blood 14 days before the fight?

Yes it is, it is the root cause why the fight did not happen and the reason why the fight will not happen. Too bad.
