Never in my life would i ever expect to see someone french make any type of argument as to why there country is so great . Solo1.....by your logic, the English, French, etc. wouldn't exist if not for the Romans. Just wanted to point out your flawed reasoning, friend.

Also, if the English had actually had their choice originally, the United States still wouldn't exist, so I think you really should've said "In spite of", rather than "if not for".

This wasn't a fix....Tszyu lost fair and square and decided not to answer the final bell...he wasn't in great shape but I've seen boxers finish the last round in worse shape than Tszyu was in...Hatton beat him AND took his heart out of the fight..I had predicted that Hatton had a good chance of winning this one...Tszyu has passed the torch to another fighter much like himself, a sportsman and overall nice guy...I would have been upset if he lost to that arrogant woman beating prick mayweather, but Hatton seems like a "nice chap"...good fights to come I think...Hatton is young and will give anyone trouble (he may want to stay away from Mayweather till he has fought some of the other top gus though, much as I hate him Mayweather has incredible skills).

I think there were several factors that contributed to Tszyu not answering the bell, not the least among them being a lack of any friendly faces in the crowd. He was nearly boooo'd out of the arena when he walked to the ring. That can't make a guy feel good when he's about to start a 12 round war. Knowing how the crowd felt, and knowing how the judges were likely to score, you can't really blame the guy for not coming out. He knew he wasn't going to get a chance to land his big right, and he thought (as I did) that he was way behind on the cards.
