Spetznas and SEAL train for urban warfare cus both of them are experienced at that with US in middle east and Russia in the Chechnya. Both Spetznas and SEAL would destroy SAS squad easily.

Spetsnaz isn't that great either. They fail hostage and counter-terrorism missions. They are really only good for infiltrating and destroying stuff.

SEALs are the best spec ops in the world. Not only do they do everything but they get in, get out with small team of men, and get the job done without anyone noticing a damn thing.

wrong SAS is a joke and gets killed constantly. the best I would say is Spetsnaz simply cus they're the most brutal, they'll kill the hostages AND YOU. But 2nd best is SEALS and american groups while SAS is dead last..garbage
