First off, let me say that I am a fan of both mayweather and pacquaio, but i don't **** ride either of them. That being said, both sides are making a mockery out of boxing, trading verbal jabs instead of real punches.
Pacquaio is clearly improving at an incredible rate and doing some amazing things in the ring, a fact not lost on Floyd who thinks he has to be on something to be that good. Seems nobody on Pac's team has said anything like "yeah, i want manny to take the tests but he's just not comfortable giving blood so close to the fight," they just stand in front of him making a wall of silence not even entertaining the idea of extra testing...none of the bankers on wall street want the rules to change either, cause they can get away with murder the way things are. Also, Teddy Atlas spoke on the issue and claimed a "very reliable" source told him that before the negotiations fell through, a member of team Pacquaio had inquired as to what sort of penalty would result if Manny came up dirty, and if that happened could everybody keep quiet for the sake of boxing. When have you seen a guy steadily increase his weight, power, and skill without losing an iota of speed or his chin?
As for Floyd, he knows the score and doesn't want to give Pacman any more of an edge than he already has. PBF has NEVER chosen an opponent who poses a real threat, nobody who could definitely hurt him...the best selection of his career thus far is SSM, but it's about 8 years too late to be a serious threat. As long as Floyd hand-picks easy opposition and is content with boring UDs, he will never get the universal respect that his record should get him.
I'm sure these points will be lost on the Pacquaio zombies and the Mayweather groupies, but bottom line Pacmans team is hiding a dirty little secret and Floyd wants to run backwards his whole career never having to put his neck on the chopping block.

but its clear to me that floyd is intimidated by pac recent success. especially over opponents he fought as well and an opponent in cotto who he had excuse for not fighting (he's puerto rican) hence the random drug testing

floyds calculates every risk (chicken some might say) but pac lost me when he did not want to submit to the random blood testing

there is no need for cut off dates. olympic atheletes compete under this same test every 4 years. then he really lost me when he had his blood drawn 19 days before his fight with clottey for a schedule physical that was not gonna check for performance enhancers

you could be a paquaio fan and enjoy his fights but for anyone that is going that defend him for not taking the random blood test when there is no logical explanation then you are a ******* or not inform on how performance enhancers work
