how is Pac the number 1 WW when he hasn't fought and beaten the #1 WW? Shane is still #1 if Floyd wins he will be the #1 WW.

Mosley KO'd Margarito, and decisioned Collazo and two journeymen since 2005. He lost once to Cotto.

Pac has stopped DLH and Cotto, and decisioned Clottey since 2008.

Mosley has the best win of the bunch with his KO of Margarito. But Pac's 3 wins at WW rank next best. So because of his overall body of work, I think Pac rates above Mosley at WW.

I think the better question is who is #2? Since 2005 Floyd has beaten Mitchell, Judah, Baldomir, Hatton, and Marquez. Mosley has beaten Estrada, Cruz, Collazo, and Margarito. He lost to Cotto
