            Did it say what the criteria for making the list was???

            Some fighters are at the top or near the top of a division for the decade having only fought in that division once or twice

                there's a lot i dont agree with. Although considering Pac has beaten cotto,clottey, & oscar all in dominating fashion it might be somewhat acceptable. I guess ring magazine's panel rate badomir & judah as highly rated wins for floyd along with marquez & hatton. i dont.

                Some fighters wins were great enough to warrant mention. Pacquiao fighting once at 140 by beating hatton in spectacular fashion along with his cache as p4p 1# had something to do it.
