True I see Dirrell on a Mayweather/Leonard level and Froch on a Calzaghe level.

So what do you think it will happen to every euro fighter who travels abroad? He will need to get KOs and the same for the Americans (already is) traveling to europe. How will we like boxing then? The problem is, no european fighter at the moment is able to outbox any of the americans. Kessler may outbox Green and imagine him being robbed. Or Froch outboxing Kessler and Kessler getting the nod because it's in Denmark.

The home fighter getting the nod in ugly fights is nothing new and don't try to pretend it is either, and it happens worldwide in boxing and not just in Europe. I think Dirrell won but wasn't surprised Froch got the nod.

Dirrell didn't do enough to make the win look decisive and unanimous. He instead hit and ran all night.

that video shows why dirrell got a point deducted, not why he lost. and even with the point deduction, dirrell should still have won. dirrell didn't land that much, but it was more than what froch landed. if you rule out the "if you want to win the title, you have to take the title" nonsense, dirrell won this fair and square. even in the post fight interview with froch, he says dirrell outboxed him, but since dirrell didn't do some "extra" ****, he didn't get the decision. boxing has some ridiculous unwritten rules.
