    I agree...he's big,he's a southpaw,he can box & has decent power & chin...tough for anyone.he challenged peter,solis,&arreola but none would sign to fight.

      IMO Thompson is really the only top heavyweight who is a consistent combination puncher. People don't like him because he lacks great power but I really enjoy watching him fight.

      He is excellent at throwing short, compact punches in close quarters where normally the smaller man has the advantage.
