Not to wander off of your debate too much, but I think Cotto is afraid Margarito. I mean, if he thought he cheated the first time, he should want to fight him and get revenge. Especially now that Margarito doesn't have the plaster to beat him with?

Not supporting Margs, i think he should be banned for life, but If he isn't I dont see why Cotto wouldn't want a rematch with the guy that ****ed his career.

rematch was set for after the mosley margarito fight no matter what the outcome of mosley margarito and margs and his trainer ****ed that up with the suspension if he was scared why would he accept a rematch so quickly with that stoppage still so fresh in his mind?? there is a thread that was bumped recently that states a rematch was in the works before margs mosley if you dont believe this

Not at all.. he looks like Cyborg. Calm as a mutha. Keep in mind there is a big ass camera in his face. It's not natural but if anything he looks very confident to me.

And to the people who say Floyd ducked Cotto, this right here hurts that argument. Not to mention the fact that a Gatti-Cotto fight was discussed even after what Floyd did to him. I realize that neither Floyd or Cotto expressed interest in facing each other. But these Ricans aren't willing to call it down the middle.

the crowd was shocked when floyd was warming up in his dressing room---doing the padwork with roger--and floyd looked very sharp doing the padwork---i mean, him at his fastest and sharpest on the pads that i've seen----i'll tell u all this right now, cotto doesn't really smile much period, but he was also at the bruselles fight before the gatti fight, eyeing down floyd to see how he would match up with floyd, and he stayed quiet---i've never seen floyd at a cotto fight---cotto was the lead sparring partner for bruselles before he fought floyd, and floyd dominated him---and then in the gatti fight, that was pretty much floyd in his absolute prime--because he had a killer attitude at 140---nobody wanted to fight him there---not shane, oscar, hatton, cotto didn't say **** as usual and arum said no to a fight between floyd and cotto coz he knew the outcome already---he wasn't going to risk cotto's career with a fight against floyd, especiallty after the gatti fight--no way in hell, zab didn't want it, winky didn't take it serious enough but then opted to price himself out when floyd was the bigger draw by far, kosta lost to hatton, so he was out of the mix----the only person who seemed to want to fight floyd was vivan harris, who got knocked out by maussa on the undercard of mayweather vs gatti---vivan was s overrated imo---anyway, cotto can't beat floyd at any weight----neither can shane and manny----
