it was a bad ending for both fighters.
abraham had still 4 mins left to land the big bomb, and dirrell could have beaten AA by an UD instead of DQ, sounds better and looks better on his record.

polls like this are needless anyway, nobody will ever know if AA was able to score a last round KO that night.
if dirrell wants to remove any doubts, he has to rematch AA and do the same thing again, this time for the full 12 rounds not 10 6/8.

or we see another bowe vs golota disaster, and abraham gets DQ for the same thing again

AA had a puncher's chance to knockout Dirrell. That's just common sense. But having a chance is not the same thing as saying it was likely that he was going to. All you have to do is look at AA's punch stats and see that he was barely throwing and barely connecting when he did. And as far as the idea that AA was coming on. If you think he was you should rewatch the 11th round and tell me if AA even lands a single punch. Cuz I didn't see it if he did. The only punch he lands is the one that got him DQ'd.

        hell no!

theres no reason to think abraham was gonna knock him out, he did drop him the round before but it was a half punch half slip kind of thing. if it should count as a KD or not is irrelevant, the point is dirrell wasnt hurt. in fact abraham was hurt worse when he went down, so if anything he risked getting stopped if he gambled in the last round.

dirrell didnt look any more tired than abraham, its just that he knew he had the fight won and didnt want to take dumb risks. some ppl see him moving around the ring and being the dumbasses they are they mistake lateral movement for running and think its an indicator he was in trouble. no.. dirrell was still winning the 11th, he was moving so the flat footed abraham wouldnt be able to get a stationary target knowing abe needs to plant his feet to punch. it was working hense the frustration from abraham.

anyone who knows the sweet science could tell dirrell was still too fast for abraham, and more importantly he was still outsmarting him. abraham was winging wild shots but dirrell was seeing them coming. anything can happen when u have a puncher llike abraham in there, all it takes is one mistake on dirrells part. but that mistake wasnt any more likely to happen in the 12th than in any other round so far.

im a abraham fan and thought he would flatten dirrell for sure, but dirrell was just the better man. abraham had no answer for his style, i dont see why this fight is controversial to some i really dont. abraham got his ass kicked so he fouled out of desperation, knowing his chances of winning were basicly non existing.

Hard to say but dirrell was definity hurt in the 10th after the "knockdown" which i think was a KD, dirrell was just trying to stay out of trouble for the rest of the round after getting hurt but it looked like he recovered next round but you never know, abraham was pressing hard and dirrell had been stunned

if abraham had not landed that punch, i dont think dirrell would have hit the canvas. he did, and the punch was a big reason why.

Honestly if anyone does not see that as a hard punch that caused him to leave his feet then i dont know what is. The trip over the foot came after the punch knocked him back wards. He was hurt more than just in the 10th round I remember AA landing big near the ropes and hurting Dirrell where he held on for dear life after that. Honestly there is no definitive way to know if AA would have finished him or if Dirrell would have ended on his feet. It is all a matter of your view. That is the beauty of boxing you just never know what is going to happen. The easy assumption would be Dirrell would have gotten up from the slip in the corner and ran for his life for the next 4 minutes. I on the other hand think AA put the fear of GOD in Dirrell whom as I stated on my show last night has clear B!TCH in his eyes. I think Dirrell was afraid of the **** storm that was going to come down on him in the next 4 minutes and AA was going to bring it. I think AA was the fresher fighter in the 11th. I also think that AA threw a FU punch there in the corner and there might have been some acting involved there....Lefty

the people that think abraham was gonna ko dirrell in 1 round are the guys that were predicting an arthur win and can't face facts
the only reason you get the feeling of shifting momentum is cuz of abraham getting a kd and thinking he hurt dirrell so started to throw like a maniac for the rest of the round, thus showing dirrell moving most of the time giving the impression that he was badly hurt, he was stunned, but in the 11th he showed his quick recuperation and was back at what he was doin the whole fight, arthur wasn't gonna go swinging ******ingly again unless he hurt dirrell again, which he showed he could'nt do with one punch all throughout the fight unless dirrell was looking at the floor and unexpecting

I think Dirrell was hanging on and would have pulled it out.

Like the commentators said he could just have hung onto Abraham for a whole 4 minutes and still won the fight by getting a point deduction.

I think he could have lasted but he would have been in trouble.

If it was a 15 round fight then absolutely, guarenteed, Abraham would have knocked Dirrell out. Even the 4-minutes would have been hard to negotiate, Dirrell was taking some monsters in there.

It's hard, Arthur definetely had a chance in there. He was bringing an awful lot of pressure onto a fading Dirrell.
