Any Brits remember that old comedy film set in ancient Rome (think it might have been Carry on Cleo or Up Pompeii)? There's a scene in it where one Gladiator just starts running around the arena and the other has to chase him and ends up having a cardiac arrest leaving the other guy the winner by default.
