It is a great matchup. I am excited for it, I can't wait. I think Floyd will win a decision. I just think he is quicker in pulling the trigger at this point. But, I have a few e-points in Shane since they gave me pretty good odds I feel.

One thing I found interesting Dazed is that Floyd has NEVER fought anybody with a longer reach then him. Floyd reach was longer than Corrales and Oscar. Shane would be the first guy that Floyd has fought that has a longer reach him. I found that interesting since you told me that Shane might have to outbox Floyd at time. I don't know serious the reach is for this fight. But, I just found it interesting that for the first time Floyd's pro career he won't have the advantage in the reach department.

Interestingly i pointed this out last week, I havent seen Mayweather against someone with a better reach advantage, Problem is Mosley doesnt alway use his better reach advantage in his fights, he fights like a short arm fighter..It would have been interesting to see how Mayweather deals with a Winky or Vernon forrest (RIP) type of fighter. Fighter who use their reach advantage to the fullest by jabbing your face and we all know how a good jab can be a big problem for fighters with speed.

You saw my reply last time? It was that Mayweather already said he plans to maneuver Shane; be able to move him around. It's interesting because I didn't expect that. I know he's capable of that, Mayweather is a pretty strong guy.

Nah, didn't see the reply - where? But I agree. That will be Floyd's plan. I'm sure he doesn't want to linger on the outside with Shane. The jab will be key for both fighters.

It's always like this. I remember people used to say that the kind of fighter who would beat Roy Jones was someone who wouldn't stop punching, would rough him up, make him fight, yada yada. Instead it was a patient counterpuncher who used his jab well (Tarver).
If Shane is be gonna looking for one big punch he ain't never gonna find it and I really dont think he can rough Floyd up without paying for it Floyd is no ho inside that ring and I think Floyd is going dominate Mosley. Cause from what I hear Floyd is focused and knows how much this fights means I think Mosley does to but when I see and hear him talk its like he in a fantasy world not focused like he was with Margarito I think Shane just expects to beat Floyd then fight Pacquiao then be #1 again and all that but Floyd is not just gonna let Mosley come take what he's built its not going down like that

I don't think Shane is going to be looking for one big punch. He's never fought like that. And ****m Richardson is no joke. I'm leaning toward Floyd but there are several things that make this fight a near toss-up.
            • Floyd has never fought anyone as accomplished, as savvy as Shane.
            • Best welter Floyd has ever fought.
            • First real welter Floyd has fought in nearly four years.
            • Perhaps best fighter Floyd has ever fought?

I'll be very impressed if he dominates. Very.

I'll have to find that video. It's weird that Mayweather said that, he must know something I don't. As for the jab, I don't see how Mosley's jab is a problem. It was good against Margarito but Margarito is up close for it; he just doesn't fully extend on it. It's a good 3-4 inch jab that he leaves out there, to measure the straight right hand/ overhand right. If that jab can cause Mayweather problems, I'm gonna surprised man

Mosley does a lot of things with his jab when he uses it. Against Oscar the first time, it was brilliant. Paw, extend, paw...bam! Stiff one right in your grill (pause). But yeah, Floyd wants to push him back and muscle him around. If he does that to Shane, the battle is won--at least mentally.

In your opinion, who would you say has a better chance at beating Mayweather, Mosley or Pacquiao?

Depends on if either are on the juice.

                    No, I'm serious.
