Euros are severely overrated.

That being stated....outside of the Amir Kahns,

You have class Germans like the K bros and Arthur Abraham.

Who clearly stand out as top notch/class fighters.

in general, no. but european promoters do protect their fighters alot more than US promoters so there are more overrated european fighters than there are americans, who get tested alot more and alot sooner.

but to say all european fighters are overrated is just ignorant, ill repeat the other guys question.. how old are you, 12?

lol at implying lennox lewis was overrated, the guy fought back when the HW division was strong and dominated for years. btw the vitali fight falls in line with most lewis fights, he was a slow starter and usually took time to figure out his oponent.

wtf u mean saved by the cuts? did u watch the last two rounds of the fight? lewis dominated and was on the verge of putting vitali to sleep. again it falls in line with alot of his fights, dropping a few early rounds then adjust to his oponents style and take over. against vitali he did just that.

it doesn't matte where you are from.there are great boxers from all over the world but to truly get recognized you need success n the states.when half the boxers in the world are from the states that's where you hit it big.better trainers & sparring.wlad was ok but once steward took over the rest is history.roach for pacman & khan,lennox & steward,etc.floyd Patterson once said frank Bruno could have been much better if he came to the states & got an established American trainer.his reasoning was finding quality sparring partners was almost impossible...Tyson fury has claimed this.....could be true...how many people would want to spar with a 6'9 21 year old.

Biased, its easy to point to individual fights, lennox lewis beat a shed load of americans, froch beat taylor and dirrell, abraham did beat taylor at home also, witter whos not an elite boxer fought a close fight with bradley, did sturm expose de la hoya maybe? You could then even say that benn exposed mcclenan, how about calzaghe ending lacys career early. When was the last time and american heavy took a round of the top heavies in the world now? Maybe they have all been exposed maybe? Dirrell put in a good showing alrite but results can easily turn around, if ward or dirrell have to for example go to fight abraham in germany i think you could see a different result, its not so easy in unfamiliar circumstances with a crowd against you
