The praise is for the original right hand. The left was more of a momentum punch and Rocky seemed to pull out of it.

Abraham intentionally hit Dirrell while he was on his knee from a slip and knocked him out cold.

He knocked him out first and then threw the cheap shot though, which is bad but that was way back in the day and every sport has evolved since then. I like AA but his punch was after Dirrell slipped and fell to his knees and then AA knocked him out.

AA was in the motion of punching and through a punch out of instinct. nobody had stopped the fight, nobody had started counting, abraham was still in the motion of punching and dirrel happened to slip as AA through the punch. the ref never started counting until dirrel was layed right out on the canvas.

Manny knocking out Hatton will go down in history as an all-time-great. Well...it should.

It's been a long time since I saw it and can't find the clip of it. That's not how I remember it. As I remember, Roy hit him once and it was on the way down. It wasn't as if he just hit while he was sitting and not looking like Dirrell was.

When your in a fight with adrenaline pumping, are you going to notice in an instant that a fighter is unconcious? He was still up and got hit again. Simple as that. Dirrell was down and for quite some time. You are missing the point and the difference between the two and it seems like I'm talking to a brick wall.

OMG you really are this dense......... so long. This is ridiculous.

Dirrell was down no longer then what Walcott was down. I suggest you watch the Dirrell KO happen again. I timed it and it's literally the same reaction. Adrenaline was going and it was hard to stop. AA actually follows him with the right hand before he threw it.
