Friday fought a defensive fight, he even said so in the video in another thread. If you don't wanna fight, you can't be fought. See Clottey and what Eddie Chambers tried to do.

im 26 dude. And i hardly think you are older than me. Put prime Tua against Tyson, K2 brothers, John Ruiz, david haye, Tomasz Adamek ... all those guys would put him in his place

michael moorer & john ruiz both 2 time world champions combined they lasted 50seconds with tua.he was a top contender for a decade when it actually was tough to get a title shot....not like todays champions who give anyone a title shot.in the 90's you fought several contender before you got a crack at Tyson,lewis,Holyfield.everyone fought everyone & sometimes twice or 3 times.today beat a washed up guy & 2 euro bums & dominic Jenkins & you get a title match.sorry buddy! Tua was not overrated he just lost his biggest fights.title fight loss to lewis & lost to Byrd & had a draw with Rahman in eliminators.ruiz never fought him again but tua couldn't win another eliminator to get a shot.

Just finished watching his fight against Ahunanya, and I wasn't impressed. Ahunanya did pretty well for a guy who was odds on to get ko'd in the first. I had tua winning but Friday showed some movement, decent defence, a half decent jab and made Tua look basic. Tua was unable to get through the defence, looked frustrated at times and the fight went the distance. Tua won, but there were a lot of close rounds, and tuas offence was mostly ineffective and he only landed a couple good shots all night, it was a slow paced fight, and Friday often left openings which Tua couldn't see, instead he occasionally bum rushed the guy and only landed on the guys gloves/arms or thin air.

All this would be ok if Friday was a top 10 guy, but he wasn't, he was an old inactive gatekeeper, who was picked to make tua look good

Whatever man, do you even know who Friday Ahunanya is? He is the hardest man in boxing period. There was NOT a lot of close rounds, i gave 1 to Friday with 1 other being close. If anyone fights like that against Tua they will lose, you gotta hit him, hard and plenty. Picked to make Tua look good? So they picked a guy who has never been stopped? Yeah right, go take your womens panties off dude and watch the fight again.

actually he was at one time a prospect but got exposed when he stepped up like Robert Hawkins & Charles shufford.wills & darnell Wilson were more.today I'd say chazz witherspoon,Jason estrada are the prospects of today getting exposed & religated to gatekeeper status.

after ahunanya was when taurus started getting KTFO by everyone.
