I like K-1 better than UFC. I dont like to watch all that wrestling that goes in UFC.

IMO any combat sport that involves kicking is boring, it just means the fighters cant get close enough to throw decent punches incase they get kicked.

I watched a UFC fight last night were nobody landed a shot for 2mins, it was far too boring and slow for me to contiune watching.

In todays day and age people get tired of the same thing. Pay 50 bucks for a Boxing match and they get 4 undercard bouts and a 5 min main event. It seems that the ring entrances take longer then the fight does. I blame Mike Tyson for making the knockout famous. Its not a bad thing but i miss the day when fighters would rumble for 10-15 rounds.
But lately people have started to take notice of the UFC organization. Especially after Spike TV did a wonderful job on their special on UFC. I have been a UFC fan since UFC 1, back in the gracie vs shamrock days. UFC is now at UFC 53, year 12 not bad. So my question is will UFC replace boxing and its ever declining ratings.

Basically its because you been watching all the wrong matches.

Morales vs Pacquiao PPV was one of the best in decades.
Castillo vs Corrales was a great fight also.
Maybe you just watch the heavys i dont know but there are many great matches in boxing.

Everytime I watch UFC, reminds me of a Ruiz match on the floor. I don't like all the grappling but thats just me. Or when they have a clash of styles, some of em looks sloppy. I'm sure I haven't seen the right fights yet is all.
