Mentally, is getting diqualified better then to lose?

yeah of course it's better mentally because he'll feel he wasn't beaten fairly in a 12 round fight, and he'd be right. If it went 12 and he was beaten, he'd have to accept he wasn't good enough to win and that's tougher to take.
Just such a pity it didn't go 12 so we'd know one way or the other. Dirrell fought a great fight for 2/3 of the fight but it's not over until it's over and Abraham was looking stronger going into the last 2.Comment

I voted no b/c in aa case he was getting his ass beat & he had to cheat. He needed to try to get the upper hand by getting a free lick. Dirrell took his best shot & didn't budge (it was a kd but more from balance than hurt). In his heart he knows he can't beat dirrell. You can tell b/c he was sour & made a ****ty excuse like I was trying to when rounds.
in roy case he was doing the ass beating & so the dq wasn't ****.Comment
