    Disagree. Funeka could have done like Corrales in Corrales/Castillo III, where Castillo was like 10lbs overweight, and cancelled the fight. Then he sued Castillo for a fat loss-of-earnings check.

    it would have had a seriously negative effect on Guzmans career. Now he walks away with another W and is talking about a shot against Maidana.


    Funeka should have learned his lesson the first time (Nate) and not fought a guy with an unfair advantage.

      Castillo was 4,5 lbs overweight for the rubber match.

          Funeka is a victim of promotional politics. It was political move to keep fight alive, because everyone from sponsors to staff would've lost a shetload of money, and Ali didn't have any say when came down to it. Would've been nice if he made a stand, but he's not pulling money strings. Guy was just a pawn, and that's how it is unless you're not a big name.
