Overall I think you have to give the winner 2 points as it is not a knockout but a decision, and since this is a tournament fight the DQed fighter should be penalized and therefor lose 1 point.

I think that's quite reasonable.

It's just the power of deduction. TKO/KO includes knockouts, stoppages, and stoppages due to cuts caused by punches.

The rest would go to the cards.

A DQ is neither a stoppage nor are the cards reviewed. Hence this thread.
