I think he over sold the punch. Once he got hit, he looked up at him and decided to milk it. I figured he was just trying to draw attention to the fact he was hit while down. The shaking part was acting. I noticed that once the ref called for the paramedics he stopped shaking and woke up. He then spent at least 10 minutes with his corner telling him that he's won the fight via disqualification, yet once the cameras are on him he spewing the "what happened?....no..no...stop talking....I got dropped mayne" rhetoric. For precautionary reasons that man should have went to the hospital for analysis for the convulsions he "had" as a result of a head shot. For him not to go is either an gross oversight by the commission, promoter, manager, trainer or it simply wasn't as bad as he made it out to be. I'm rolling with the latter.
