I think the guy's just ****in around, wavin' a red flag, and seein' who's gonna bite. It's all a put-on.

Although his post sucks, squatdog deserves some respect. He is former amateur star Nick Wells. Although his pro career is less than spectacular, he was an amateur legend. I saw Nick a few times on tv facing international comptition and his power was awesome. one fight he KO'd the guy with his first punch, the next time I saw him he was fighting a tough polish guy who decked Nick. After being outboxed by the Pole in a close bout, Nick landed a punch square and KO'd the Polish dude.

At one point in his amateur career, Nick had won by KOing his opponents in the FIRST ROUND in 17 straight fights. (yes, 17 straight fights where his opponents never made it to the second round )
