that doesnt even look like a real pic of the guy. the head is out of proportion with the body and there seems to be a slight skin colour difference between the head and the body (although that could be the lighting). Also the head just doesnt look right.

We see guys like this in the gym all the time. They dont even realize the difference between hitting a bag and hittiong another man. It is NOT the same thing. Its like when u go to the amusement park and they have the bag there and it registers your punching power. Its ******ity. No way can that be an indicationof power. Power is only defined one way and that is by the effect it has on its target. Boxers know how to take punches, roll with punches, soften the blows etc. This guy would box a real boxer in the gym and no matter how big he is, it would be NOTHING to them to take his shots.

BTW if the bag is swinging from one punch than obviously you dont have a slightest idea on how to punch. Ofcourse if its combination than the bag will swing but not as hard. When you hit the bag properly it bends in, not flyes away. Anyway, the bag should not swing so hard. This is indication that you are doing something wrong. Also, on that picture you have a ****ty balance. If tgis is how you stand when throwing hooks than you ought to be burned for embarassing and disrespecting a sweet science.
