I've seen it many times already, Direll had stepped back and planted his feet and countered AA with a left hook, not the cleanest punch but it landed and knocked AA off balanced into the ropes...

I might be blind because this looks like a KD to me..

The overhead view clearly shows AA's foot tripped dirrell.

The thing is the punch happened at the same time, so this is one of those instances where it could have gone either way.

If you beleive this was a knockdown, well just cancel it out with the second knockdown dirrell scored on AA in the 7th round, where abraham was hit and fell into the ropes which held him up. Again, that could have gone either way.

Regardless, didn't make a difference as AA was way behind on points and of course screwed himself with his DQ punch.

it was a pull down, not a knock down.

If the punch was a pull down, AA would of went straight down or towards Andre...AA went the direction the punch was going...left counter hook,, not the cleanest punch but definitely a punch...

no he pulled him in the direction his arm and fist were going which was towards the ropes.

that was a KD, you can tell by the way dirrell slid back when he fell. if he got stepped on, he would have stumbled back.

their feet did tangle before the KD punch was thrown tho.
