a good jab will make maidana step off...Alexander has an excellent stiff jab that will push maidana back...Ortiz has a good jab to and should have used it to tire maidana out and then he should have went for the KO...

Idk if Khan has the power to to make Maidana respect him. However, it doesn't always take power to dominate someone like Maidana. There's three ways of dealing with it:

1.) Throw the jab consistently and get leverage on it
2.) Earn his respect with power shots (Idk of Khan can)
3.) If you're not the most powerful you can be ultra slick in there, and I don't know if Khan can do that either

A lot of ppl wanted him to fight Maidana ( I did too) but I think he has to answer some more questions first, and grow. I'm going to give him time, but not too much more...lol

Khan has very good hand speed and a good jab but there is not enough on his shots to stop Maidana coming forward and his upper body movement is not too great either. To me this means Maidana walks him down and KOs him.
However I agree with sigrab and I am sure Khan's team will make sure this fight never happens.
