Dirrell had been knocked down in round 10, bizarrely waved off as a slip. Why would you think there was no chance he would get hit and go down again?

His punch rate had dropped, he was entering survival mode, and was in danger.

Still, totally agree with the DQ although not quite the 'heinous' bit. I don't think it was as intentional as people make out. Look at RJJ and his DQ, or Haye against Barrett, it happens. These guys are in a fight. Sometimes that split second and the urge to punch get between the rational though process and the fist flies instinctively at the target.

Dirrell was knocked down on a questionable call because the feet got tangled but he was not hurt and was making the right moves to avoid the punches prior to the DQ blow. He was well on his way to a UD victory and was in no way shape or form about to stand there trading and just allow himself to get knocked out.

I think it's funny how all the AA supporters are all butt hurt when they clearly know he cheated and deserves to be DQ'd. They should be happy it happened because now they can say "he was going to knock him out in the 12th" or something cleaver like that rather than admitting that he got wiped out on the cards in similar fashion as Kessler vs Ward.

actually my friend, taylor was winning that fight....but he ran out of gas in the late rounds and got clocked big time...if it wasnt for being KOed, taylor wouldve won that fight...I DONT KNOW WHAT FIGHT YOU WATCHED, BUT BY YOUR RESPONSE, IT WASNT THE SAME ONE I WATCHED

He was watching the Abraham fight where all 3 judges had Abraham winning going into the 12th round genius.

For arguments sake, if Dirrell faked it which I don't believe that he did, then what Abraham did is still dangerous and he was right to be DQ'd. Having said that, Dirrell was fading fast and beginning to have issues with his balance. He appeared to me to be in deep, as Abraham was starting to get in and land solid shots and also appeared to me as if Dirrell wanted to run out the clock.

but he didnt ko him he ILLEGALLY hit him while he was down! Why do the Abraham huggers keep mentioning how he knocks a lot of people out late?

Please name any other opponent that was giving him as bad a beating as Dirrell. Dirrell was making him miss constantly, getting through his guard with ease, breaking his body down and even dropped his ass twice. Dirrell was controlling the fight and the momentum, stunning Abraham and making him reset whenever he felt like it. I'm tired of hearing "this looked just like the first 10 rounds of any Abraham fight, hurr hurr hurr!" excuse, it's bull****.
