How so? He doesn't have a big promotional company to run. But if you want to put it that way then its even more funny that a part time boxer is beating all these top guys at Welter.

Just because a man is able to keep his fulltime job does not mean he didnt have just as long of a training camp, or was a complete amateur, or was a fat slob.
Most of the elite boxers box from a very young age and do it as a full time career, not many have had great success by doing boxing and something else. I don't know how good this Carwin dude is and frankly I don't care but when you see part time guys or bar room brawlers making a big splash in your sport it does hurt the creditability of the sport. Maybe it was just a one time thing but if it wasn't then the TS does have a point. Boxing is a very hard sport to master due to all the guys training in one facet of fighting, much easier to get wins in MMA because of many ways of beating an opponent. Hence why we see a ton of MMA guys with not so lofty records.

Enough with this boxing is hard to master bull****. Look at how many guys that you people claim have no skills and still win a world championship.

Think about how many "world" championships we have in the sport. If we had the same amount of belts as the UFC, how many no skill guys would be winning world championships?

Leave to sherdog please. WTF are you doing here. MMA sucks. Its gay. Its sloppy. WWE, and part timers are there biggest stars. Street fighters near 40 are winning, and 50 year old former boxers are knocking out former champs.

Theres to much evidence against, and for you to blame anyone for thinking otherwise makes you look like a nuthugger.

A part time boxer would never beat a world class boxer in his weight class.

Many as well. It has happened in the history of the sport when there wasn't many belts.

I'm sorry but being a full time engineer and father of a newborn and still being a top fighter in your sport says something about the sport. Don't compare DLH to that lol DLH doesn't have a 9-5 he is a major player in the company but please believe when DLH was getting ready for a fight he wasn't working 40 hours a week and damn sure didn't have to worry about taking care of his kids.
