Boxing is dying. You people better learn to love MMA. Its only Pac that makes boxing alive.
What do you guys think of the "boxing is dying" talk now???

Margarito being suspended for plater-like substance in handwraps.
pac-mayweather not happening. being replaced by 2 sham fights(both completely legitimate fights but a complete sham in contrast of what should have been)
loopholes in andre ward's scheduling not having him travel at all.
jermain taylor pulling out of the super 6.
fiasco with judges in froch-dirrell
joan guzman overweight by 9lbs.
arthur abraham intentional foul ending koComment

Just makes me think about all the talk of boxing "apart from the couple of big stars boxing has at any given time....there's not really much for boxing to fall back on." Tonight was a really bad night for boxing.
Whatever credibility the super 6 had left was completely dismantled tonight and is now a sham.
Guzman vs Funeka was a sham.
Pacquiao vs Clottey undercard was very good on paper but ended up being a sham.
Floyd vs Mosley will be a sham.
Why cant boxing get it's **** together and actually give back to the fans who are lining their pockets with millions???
At least in asia they're giving the fans the highly awaited kameda-wonjongkam fight.Last edited by Sex Therapist; 03-28-2010, 09:56 AM.Comment

Pacquiao-Clottey undercard was good on paper?
Duddy = Bum
JLC = Shot
The one fight everyone thoughy would be okay was Diaz-Soto.
I don't know one person who didn't expect that undercard to be ****.
If anything I think this stretch is a pretty good time for boxing.
We just had Pacquiao fight, than Maidana, Super 6, now Roy Jones vs Hopkins. That's not bad at all.Comment
