If it were really as bad as Dirrell's acting showed, he would have tested positive for at least a mild concussion!

Eddie Chambers and Jermain Taylor both tested positive for a concussion after their last fights.
thats just not true!!!!!! you dont have to have a concussion to be hurt. thats just silly to say. you can be hurt very bad and not be concussed. also they were checking for bleeding on the brain at the hospital. they wont do very expensive test like that with out a reason to. ct scans are very expensive.

Look if Cotto did had done this tonight I would have been ashamed of being his fan cause what AA did was pathetic. But you know what Cotto would never do that cause he has something that obviously AA doesn't have thats class and sportsmanship. O yeah i'll say it again AA fans your boy got a boxing lesson tonight DEAL WITH IT
very good post. no excuse for hitting a man while he is down. if any of my fav fighters had pulled a hoe move like this i would be the first to call them on it. and say what you want about cotto but i wouldnt in a million years think he would pull a hoe move like this. cotto is a good sportsman. aa is a clown.

i dont like dirrell to watch if im honest, i respect his speed and foot work and his all round skills, but i like a tear up fighter with power and whilst dirrell wasnt running he was playing the perfect game plan against abraham, in and out , i was hoping to see him get ko'd....well up for a rematch though and yanks, dont write abraham off after this one performance as he is a class act and i know how insular a lot of americans are to all other boxers outside the usa but you better believe hes a very dangerous boxer but last night he looked a mug....i wouldnt bet on him looking a mug again against dirrell
hey man this is boxing do you really think real boxing fans care where a fighter comes from? REAL fans dont care as long as that man is bout his craft

The way I saw it. There were two legit knock downs in the fight, one by each fighter. When Arthur knocked down Andre their feet were not even touching so I am not sure how anyone can think they where tangled. If anything Arthur was the one off balance when Andre put him down but it was a legit knockdown. I also thought that Andre knocked down Arthur again but I honestly don't remember seeing a replay so I am not sure. I also don't understand why Arthur did not apply pressure earlier? I have heard that he was a very slow starter but waiting to the 8th or 9th round to get heated up is ridiculous. I also believe that the ref did a horrible job, and I am not talking about the low blows. For one thing he was all the way on the other side of the ring when Andre went down. I also thought at first that Andre was acting a little but I also did not think Wlad hit Eddie with a very solid shot. Not until I realized that Eddie was in dream land across the bottom ropes and only Andre truly knows how hurt he was. But in the end Andre exposed Arthur as a limited overrated and somewhat classless fighter. And in reality I believe Andre should be 2-0 in the tournament with four points. And honestly I am not even a fan of his.

Arthur Abraham got dealt with. He could clearly see Dirrell was down and he took advantage. It was gutless and disgusting, he should have had his purse held and should get some sort of point deduction in the tournament table. There is no place for that in boxing and it really is bad for the sport.

In the real world everyone loses but this was a bad way to lose.

The bigger picture of the fight was one fighter started out looking Marvalous and the other bad,,, then the Marvalous one in the end was looking bad like he was gonna get legitamently KO'd and the One who started out bad , looked like a KO winner in the end.

I hated the end for both guys. I know in the heat of the battle if you have ever had gloves on and you were in a war things can go arye !

I predict Abe to KO Frock. Frock throws all kinds of crazy wild punches and will get tagged by the baddest puncher in that weight division. So with this bad loss Abe should still win the tournament.

I like Dirrell but he has a tendancy to fall down. I don't like that. Didn't he do that with Frock ?

WRONG REF ! In a fight of this size you can't have peanuts refs. He missed an important knock down. It really helped Abe because he could have the extra seconds to work on Dirrell and it didn't help Dirrell due to having to go immediately right back to the fight. There was no count.

LOL so many haters on the prefight paper AA was already the winner but Dirrel exposed this guy I totally agree Dirrel has beat Froch and AA. You have to blame AA he had more than 10 title defenses he has mor experience than AD and still someguys give the fault to AD and say he was acting. Like I said before IF AD somehow managed to got up he would get KTFO so AA had an impact on him If you guys watch the replay you can see how AA blew almost AD head off when AD was on the ground .

What's with all this expose crap? Everyone knew Abraham was going to have problems with Dirrell's movement. But seeing as most of NSB are unable to even conjure up their own predicitions or pre-fight analysis, it wouldn't surprise me.

I had Abraham winning the last 3 rounds before the fight was stopped, he was just picking up momentum and closing Dirrell down.
