He's a low life piece of **** to hit Dirrell when he was down.. Then he goes further and says he's an actor not a boxer. He was obviously frustrated because he got his socks boxed off the entire fight and was desperate for the KO so he took it anyway he can get it which was when Dirrell was down and unprotected.
AA is a total fairy. He keeps his hands up and doesn't throw punches. Anyone who does anything other than charge forward face first gets no respect in my book.
Americans now 3-0 in this tourney and totally dominating! WOOT WOOT
At this point, I won't be surprised if Allan Green starts whipping these Euro****.
Was a ****** move on his part. Momentum was starting to shift, can't give the other guy an out when he's starting to feel the pressure.
But, I can understand why he was frustrated. I think the fight was rigged against him. The commentators dubbed it the 'All-American hometown hero versus the visiting villainous European'. The ref gave Dirrell a break every chance he could. Didn't want to give Abraham time for low blows, stopped fight when Abraham has Dirrell in corner, didn't count clear knockdown, stops fight when Abraham has momentumn to check his cut, etc.
Doesn't mean Abraham was right for punching him while he was down. But when you're in there, losing - and everyone is against you - I can see why he would get frustrated.
it was a foul no doubt, AA was obviously frustrated but it wasn't a swing for the fences, just a solid cheap shot, i don't think anyone thought that that punch would've caused that kind of reaction. especially all but pissing himself.
