was acting the whole time? i mean if your knocked out, your hands dont go to your face, and you dont make a face like it hurt really bad.... something just seemed weird about this and i have a feeling dirrell was scared he was FOR REAL gonna get knocked out... abraham was coming on strong http://www.boxingscene.com/forums/ne...hread&f=3there at the end and momentum was shifting

        Great fight, Bad Ending!!

Andre Direll was clearing beating Arthur Aberham and despite the ending was ahead on every scorcard and only a KO or 4 KDs in the 11th and 12th would have won him the fight... AD however did play that end shot off, but Arthur should know better then to throw that punch... AD is skilled fast and smart he beats AA 9 outta 10 times!

I'm sorry, but the only disgrace here is Dirrell.

That play acting was disgusting. He gets hit when he's down, which will have hurt a bit, he looks up and wipes his face, then thinks he's going to be counted and lies down, shuts his eyes, and starts to convulse like he's had his spinal column severed.

Not only does he embarrass himself, but he nearly starts a riot. What an absolute disgrace to boxing that boy is.

He was winning the fight well although Abraham was starting to catch up with him - but he had it sewn up on points. Either he was too tired and took advantage or he thought he was in trouble from the shot.

As for Abraham being a disgrace, sorry, no. Yes, it's an illegal shot, and he can not argue with the DQ - but I have seen so many boxers do this over the years and more often than not they are not disqualified. Look up the highlight videos of your favourite knock out artists and they always feature a couple of knock outs where the last punch lands when the guy is down. It's a fight. You throw punches. The instinct is to throw at every opportunity and sometimes the mind fails to realise in time that what you are doing is illegal.

Highly doubt it, unlike Taylor Andre was moving and using his feet

Andre Dirrell does not have the mental strength to win a 12 round fight...

the first 9 rounds looked like ali liston......then 10th round he lost big.....also if you notice he keeps slipping to the ground by himself, he did this vs froch too....i dunno is this nerves or what....we cant say what wouldve happened, its possible abraham could KO him forreal...you have no choice but to DQ abraham, even the griffin-jones ko looks fake, i guess thats just how the punch lands it gives you a delayed reaction....

as far as the ko the ref shouldve jumped in immediately, i dunno how this ref keeps getting jobs...isnt this the maligagi diaz ref?

                      Bad ref job

Arthur Abraham was getting beat for at least 8 rounds. He knocks down Direll the ref doesn't call it. And then he is so far away during the slip that he doesn't even bother getting in the way or getting inbetween both fighters. The ref didn't even say anything. You must protect yourself at all times. Direll would have won but the ref was so bad that the conterversy will sting for a while. God I love the Super 6. I lost 200k on a bad call. I would have rather lost it on a points decision.

Direll was crying cuz somebody called him a coward. He should be crying tears of joy that he was in Detroit because if he was in Germany he would have not got that call.

Would you guys deduct a point and give Direll 5 minutes to recover or call a DQ.
