He took Direll to the ropes, threw a jab, Direll went down somehow, and before Abe was told to stop buy the ref or was pulled away he threw a right and KOed Direll. It should have been a technical draw or something.

You don't hit a fighter when he is down. It's against the rules. You don't need the ref to tell you that or stop you from doing it. I don't know why that is so difficult for some of you to understand.
