well we really dont know what happens in pbf's private sparring sessions do we? at this point, shane doesnt need to get a sparring partner that mimics floyd, he just need to work against good talent.

Shane needs a miracle. One thing we know is Floyd's nose aint all bent up from sparring and his voice aint slurring. A good trainer would keep his fighter out of gym wars. I came up in a gym full of world class fighters that never made it because it was all loss in the gym.

if he just outboxed him, why would you have the fight a draw? makes no sense. btw, at that time, cotto had something to keep shane honest. pbf doesnt. everybody talks footmovement and defense but to win, pbf is gonna have to throw some meanigful punches. for you guys that think floyd is gonna just waltz pass shane, you got life f... up, or you are not a very observant boxing fan.

It's very good to trained hard for a fight but not if a bigger, younger guy is waxing that ass. Ever heard of a trainer sending a fighter that whipping on his fighter's ass home? That's what usually happens when someone is getting his ass kicked in training. You have to protect the fighter.

I think it's good for him to get his ass kick and figure out the style out.Just cause something is hard you don't quit.No?This guy has a style kindof like Bad Chad and beat Bad Chad in the amature's so he fight's some what like floyd.But he is bigger and hit's harder.No?So when he figure's it out and is given a guy who fight's like May fit's and is bigger stronger and hit's harder fit's he is totally ready for Money.No?

When i seen shane fight mayorga i thought he is spent, he looked terrible....when he ko'd him I thought go out on that...I think marg was made for ol sugar, and with marg bearing no resemblance to floyd, i can't take too many positives into this for shane to be honest, especially with inactivity, who knows maybe the mayorga fight was just one of those nights, I hope shane does well though!

I think you underestimate Floyd and overestimate Shane. I'm a huge Shane fan but I've never seen this power you think he possess. The real Shane is the one before the Margarito fight. If you check my past blogs I was among the very few who picked Shane to stop Margarito. To base that fight on the PBF fight would be suicidal. Timing, speed and accuracy will be the key for PBF come May 1st. Shane is successful against big, slower fighters who come straight at him. He will be lost against a very intelligent, quicker, more accurate, great defensive boxer.

He fought a JMW in Oscar(im pretty sure he spars with MW and **** recently i seen a video of him sparring a HW).

I think dudes are underrating Floyds power. come May 1 we will see tho.
