a decent heavyweight needs to be at least 6'3 230 these days.

how many high paying sports use athletes that big?

how many american kids now grow up wanting to be a boxer?

nowadays , american heavyweights generally are like jameel mccline.

someone goes up to them and says , "hey you're big. go try boxing."

learning a sport when you're in your mid 20's is not the same as growing up into it.
no ****. but there's ALWAYS been other sports. why not say babe ruth could've beaten jack dempsey? or emmit smith could've knocked out tyson/lewis/holyfield on the same night. it's childish biased bs. do you think boxing is the only sport they play in ukraine and the rest of eastern europe?

did i say all the other countries only box?

gtfo ****** ass. don't put words in my mouth.

i'm talking about the situation in the u.s.

kids don't want to be boxers. there are fewer and fewer boxing gyms. boxing is not a mainstream sport in the u.s. anymore.

          those are facts.

there was a time when the other sports didn't pay that well and boxing paid better. that is not the case anymore in the u.s.

I've no idea who that American Football character is, but he'd be no tougher than the guys that play Rugby Union in Europe and the southern hemisphere. Probably less fit as well. I doubt we'll see another dominant American HW for a long time, those days are over.

let's think for a minute here smart guy. yeah, you kinda implied that other countries only box by saying that american potential heavyweights aren't boxing. if other countries' potential heavyweights ARE boxing, then that would imply there aren't other sports for them to play.

you're clearly too ****** to get my point. plenty of kids around the world have stuff to do besides box. so why bother saying america is the only one unless it's the only country that has something besides boxing?
