Pacquaio never said he wouldnt take blood tests they wanted only 3 blood tests. There can be people who can test a false positive and a false negative depending on the kind of test given? I am far from a ******* and all the red i get is mainly from them but we must look at things objectively. Personally, i thought the 14 day cutoff was reasonable but i would want to make sure the testing procedure is controlled and not use the TG and EG ratio thing which has created false positives. Pacquiao is the most famous person of one of the main countries in Asia. If Mayweather had the exact accomplishments as Pacquiao, you still wouldnt see Mayweather stamps in America, America has alot more going on.
