I hate to agree with a *****, but I will. No sense in saying they want to fight Mayweather, then disagree with the demands. That's f*** ******.

Like I've mentioned before Pac team should announce now that Pac will take the OST tests. Sort of put the ball squarely on FM's court. Then all hell will break loose with Floyd. He'll start stuttering and come up with another excuse.

I don't know man but the only time I heard floyd talk about pacquiao was a few weeks ago..he said if he agrees to the tests the fight is on (if he beats mosley),they either fight or stop talking trash it's becoming annoying..if pac wants to come and call out floyd he know what he has to do first..if he's not ready to do it..he should stop talking about floyd and move on..fight someone else.

Roach said that Pacquiao’s schedule will be constructed around his political ambitions and the elections in the Philippines on May 10. “But there is a March date for him to fight,” Roach said. “People think I am crazy but I want him to win his eighth title against Yuri Foreman at 154lb. That’s my idea — then fight Mayweather in September. And then retire.”

The way Roach sees it, there will be no further blemishes on Pacquiao’s record by the time he greets retirement, although he does concede that Mayweather will be “the hardest fight of his life”.

“Mayweather’s a very difficult fight for Manny,” he said. “It won’t be physically the hardest, but it will be the hardest fight of his life style-wise. Mayweather is talented and he’s good at defence. I have a very good game plan for him, but I’m sure a lot of other guys thought that along the way.

“We’ll have a ten-week training camp. We have to work on a lot of new moves, we have to improve in certain areas to win that fight.” And would he expect his man to win? “Oh yes. Without a doubt.”

"If they give me a 5-day window or something like that I have no problem with it," Roach said. "When they've drawn blood from Manny in the past he feels weaker for three or four days. It may be mental, but it's there."

Quotes directly from Roach which should have killed all of the dumbness about it being a ridiculous demand, etc and should have seen the fight happen. They need to bring this up next time they try to make the fight happen and both parties need to just make it happen.

Imagine if Pac and Floyd do the drug tests etc as the 2 biggest stars they would be furthering the example set by Floyd and Shane. Progression in Boxing is a good thing

Then why is floyd so afraid to fight pac test or no test?

Why is Pac so afraid to take a harmless blood test?

Floyd is fighting SSM on May 1st. You know the guy who ***** slapped Margarito, KO's people with body shots wearing 18 oz gloves, bench presses in excess of 133kg (****ing awesome for a man of his proportions) and has KO'd 39 of his 45 opponents brutally........4 of those losses which came at 154 against much bigger men in Wright and Forrest, one closely fought contest with Cotto....where Shane basically gassed early and a no contest.......and we are to beleive Floyd is somehow afraid of Manny Pacquaio???

Firstly most of the articles are not Pacquaio.

It has been others saying Pacquai has said this or that.

Secondly, when pac does get interviewd, ofcoruse he will be asked about Floyd

Just like people say the more Mayweather and his teams talks the dumber they sound. Manny and his team have been doing the samething for a long time now. I agree just STFU. When will people realize too much talking makes things worse majority of the time.

double standards galore..........Pac and cohorts have not been able to contain themselves from foolish comments in the weeks preceeding the Clottey bout and now it seems post that bout also.........Roach is the biggest attention whore on the planet atm......

                off-topic:
Why would a trainer inform the media he declined to train a certain fighter (Hatton)??? The only reason to talk to the media is if had said yes......turns out he wasn't even asked......

I think Floyd is afraid of both Mosley and Pac. He did everything in his power to avoid guys like Mosley, Cotto and Margarito. It looked as if he was going to avoid Mosley again until the Haiti disaster which basically backed him into a corner and forced him to fight the only real opponent out there. Up until May 1st the only threat fighters Floyd has faced are Castillo at lightweight and Zab at WW (who had just lost to Baldomir). Many People thought Castillo one the first fight and Zab fought Floyd very tough for the first 6 rds and even dropped him.

I do agree Pac needs to agree to 14 or 10 days before the fight random drug test. I don't think he should go any closer than that because it's just ridiculous and clearly a Floyd mind game. I DON'T THINK FLOYD WILL GET BY MOSLEY THOUGH AND THAT WILL SET UP THE BEST FIGHT WHICH IS PAC MOSLEY.

Dr. Don H. Catlin, the head of the Los Angeles-based non-profit Anti-Doping Research, Inc., said a 24-day cutoff for blood testing is not sufficient to prevent abuse. One of the concerns with such a long blood-testing cutoff prior to the date of competition would be the potential use of Erythropoietin, or EPO.

But Catlin said that wouldn’t be the only concern if there were a 24-day cutoff imposed.

“If you have a 24-day window that’s free, with no testing, you can take whatever you want and you’re not going to get caught, end of story,” Catlin said. “[Urine testing] does matter, yes, but they’re not going to catch everything by urine testing alone. What you would do is to take Mircera [a type of EPO], which is available and which is not easy to detect in urine and away you go. You need a blood test.”
