As a functioning adult, I understand the implementation of OST's will take years to implement over boxing as a whole. Regardless, it needs to be done, and there's no better place to start than the biggest stage boxing has to offer. Pac vs. Mayweather.

Did I claim you said as much, or did I say that was the threads intended purpose?

That may be because Floyd and Pac are the fighters with the biggest fan bases on these boards, and the only fighters casual fans care to watch.

There's a number of reasons, some of which are obvious. Implementing OST's in the Jones Jr. vs Hopkins fight will do nothing for boxing. It isn't a big enough fight, nor are their stars currently bright enough to make such a tremendous change in boxing. Due to his popularity, Floyds request have actually gotten the wheels turning in the right direction, nobody cares about Jones Jr. and Hopkins, thus OST's in their fight wouldn't create any ripples.
