Um. Because you can't miss it, if it doesn't exist.

they would take one step forward with the foot of their choice, then while shifting thier weight slightly forward they would take their opposing foot and step a few feet forward. (depending on the length of their stride). They would repeat this process while gradually increasing the speed until they reached their desired mph (this was usually estimated). This process would continue until they "ran" a specific distance or would be done for a specific amount of time, unless of course they reached some sort of barrier which would require the more advanced manuever of turning, sometimes turning a complete 180 degrees. I'd explain the turning process but you should probably just learn to run without an ipod before attempting advanced precedures such as "The turn, the hop, the jog" or " the skip"

I don't know for sure, but perhaps you posted something completely unrelated to the topic of the thread? Usually not the way to get along with forum folk.

For instance, instead of posting "why did i get a red k in the pinoy lounge" in a thread about running without an ipod (see how they're not related)

try starting a topic/thread in the appropriate forum (the lounge perhaps) You could title it "I want to know why ever member from the pinoy lounge is giving me red K for if i'm not even a ***** or talk **** about their god pac"

You don't need an Ipod, walkman, cd player, etc. when you got one of these.
