    Hwo did boxers in the old days run WITHOUT I-POD, WALKMAN, CD????

    Maaaaaaan it is difficult to run without music. Especially for a extended period of time.

    Just wondering how the doods in the old days pulled through???

                  when i started hitting the gym i used to have my ipod with me full blast with a really motivating music but now i do my runs and workouts without them.
