Will B-hop punish Jones?

Can somebody tell me why NO ONE is calling for OST in this fight? We got one guy who has previously tested positive for PED's, and another who not only improved past the age of 30, but is still one of the best p4p fighters in the game at age 45. Seems like many people on here only selectively support such testing as long as Floyd says so. Where is the outrage surrounding this fight given both the facts and history of both fighters?
