Floyd cannot force another fighter to sign anything, only if it's his opponent... The same reason that none of the fighters on his undercard are taking the test, is the same reason Pac didnt take it, because they arent Floyd's opponent. And also, just stating the obvious, Pac is on PED's, hence, the reason he will not take the OST

So as you explained it, Floyd is not of any help to boxing as a whole, it was really just for PAC so Floyd can avoid a fight with PAC

End of the day it just shows they don't care about boxing and know nothing about it, They only like Manny Pacquiao and couldn't give a **** about the sport

It's good to know there are still logical boxing fans out there, and not just a bunch of ******* and *****s.. Im supposedly a ***** cuz Mayweathers my favorite boxer, but regardless of that, I dont care if my favorite boxer was Shane Mosley, Manny Pac, Mayweather, it doesnt matter.. The sport has needed more effective drug testing procedures for a long time and now that it's finally about to start happening *******s are ****ting Bricks and note this for me real quick, im not sure if it's been brought up yet by anyone, but do you notice that all of a sudden when people started saying that the NYSAC and NSAC are talking about changing the drug testing, a day or two later, Pac comes out and says he might retire if he wins his election... isnt that kind of su****ious?

In fact I am a Pacquiao fan also and I'm not biased one bit,
But I'm a boxing fan first and this is good for the sport,
