Alot of you cats are funny!!!
None of you, and I mean none of you gave a **** until your idol opened his mouth for just this fight (against Pac). Now he has to, HAS TO test every single fighter, or he will be made to look like an ass...Not one Floyd fan has found that fishy...Not one...And they call *******s sheep...
Anyway-
I'm all for it (OST), but some of you cats are a joke when it come to this topic...Really.
I really hate the one's that act as if they have suspected all along...There is one in particular...He should know who he is...Last edited by HandSpeed303; 03-24-2010, 01:20 AM.

The thing is PEDs and Enhancers aren't something that just popped out of nowhere. They've been in the sport for as long as many people here have been watching it. They can agree with Floyd all they want, but that doesn't mean any action is going to take place unless the right people are involved to actually make it happen.
One athlete isn't going to turn around an entire sport's testing protocol by telling the media he wants a clean sport. The 1st meeting he shouyld've had was with the NSAC prior to the contracts being signed for his fight whether it was Mosley, Pacquiao, or whomever. To me, it would make for a much more legit claim and it would put pressure on anyone who was denying tests in the 1st place. Until then, it's a testing protocol Floyd wants for HIS fights.

And who brought it to the worlds attention again?
Floyd Mayweather Jr.

I'm not sure that helping boxing was the original reason Mayweather asked for the tests in the first place (I think it was gamesmanship on his part to rattle Pacquiao) but tests like these are and will help boxing (and every sport) in the future. Boxing has always been one of the most corrupt and unorganized sports so these tests will help clean it up and give it more credibility. I hope blood testing is one day used by all sports to help monitor the use of illegal substances.

Especially since its not required by the NSAC, He'd have to get involved in all the contracts for the undercard fighters and all that. Then people would probably get all in a tizzy about him demanding other fighters that fight on the same card as him take OST, some would say that is stepping beyond his boundaries and that he's acting like a commission himself.
I think OST on the undercard is a double edged sword for floyd.
