Yea and that's why nfl nba mlb and nhl still do not need usada. Usada is overrated. They just want money and exposure. The leagues can hire their own authorized agencies to do everything usada does for much cheaper. Usada will soon evaporate hahahahahahSo reaching his intended goal without waiting for the consent of commissions who have no interest in improving their archaic procedures isn't a good thing? Whatever you say Skip.
He's been promoting USADA testing procedures, keep up.
You scoff at the notion of conspiracy theories yet craft one all your own. Question the integrity of the USADA if you wish, but they've proven their worth. Fans of not just boxing, but sports as a whole have no issue with USADA testing methods. That issue is owned by Pac fans alone.Comment

i have no problem with the random urine and blodd testing but i'm highly doubting the floyd's mouthing of "cleaning the sport".Comment

yeah right. that bugs me with much plenty of contoversies in nfl and mlb and other pro soprts, why no usada drug protocol at all?

When did asking for stipulations that aid someones respective sport become an indication of claiming to be bigger than that said sport?Sorry but Floyd is not bigger than the sport. He cannot and should not be able to supersede the current rules to implement his own. Obviously bigger and more important people in boxing agree with me since his test with Mosley means nothing to the sport. Its just a drop in a bucket. A needle in a haystack. And the funny thing is that not him, you or anyone else is worried about ANYONE else being tested who is not fighting Floyd. If Im wrong please direct me to the thread where Floyd is taking a stand against other fighters besides his opponents. Show me where you have adamantly supported this kind of testing in other fights. Hurry along now, I haven't got all night.
Yet you have no issue with Pac superseding rules and requiring catch weights for title bouts? Or superseding regulations of standard glove or ring size?
Who exactly agrees with you? I'd like you to point me to those relevant who are against USADA testing policies, because to my knowledge, everyone supports more stringent testing policies; or rather, no one is against them.
I've said countless times that I wish for random blood and urine test in all sports, not just boxing. You can run along and scrummage through my post looking for exact quotes if you wish, but I wont. If you seek it, find it yourself.Comment

You're right about Floyd's reason for testing--it's just for Pacquiao. Floyd had to include it now in all his future fights so as not to look like a scaredy cat, he just spinned it so he sounds like a "noble paragon of fairness and justice". Otherwise, he'd have implemented it in the Marquez fight if he was truly intent on it from the start. It's great his "trying" to clean up boxing---but I think it's indirectly related with claiming Pacquiao is on roids...now his stuck asking guys for OST.....and whether or not Pacquiao is on roids Mayweather should've been doing this a LONG time ago....that's why I have a hard time believing Mayweather's supposed intent of cleaning up the sport.
Looking at it in another perspective though, only big names like Floyd and Pac who have a lot of fan and media attention have the leverage to ask for additional testing and be acknowledged. Non-popular boxers cannot expect to be heard the way Floyd could be because they are not the money makers and would likely just be laughed at or worse, be unable to get fights if they insist on additional testing on their contracts.Comment

McCarthyism a.k.a. withchunting i guess is more primitive. let's face it, this farce cleaning up the sport hullabaloo cropped up due to one man's intimidation of getting to someone's skin.
if they change or update the drug testing protocol, like pac said, who is he not to follow. but not at the whims of one man arrogance.
guess who's trying to be bigger than nsac?Comment

Another indication that most of you haven't the slightest clue what you're talking about. Both the NFL and MB are looking to implement testing policies that mirror those of the USADA.Comment
