NSAC will modify their testing procedures if they feel it is necessary and if there is problem plaguing the sport. They will not change their procedures just because one fighter is scared to lose to another fighter and is demanding special rules to avoid the fight

lol, i'm sure he would want that to happen. But everyone knows the USADA is more accurate than the NSAC.
Ok they are definitly better but one is the United States testing and the other is Nevada testing.....so if NSAC do include USADA's procedure, what about the other 49 states?
Floyd is making real change in the sport and thats all there is to it, no amount of ******* hate can conceal the fact that Floyd has made the right move in terms of cleaning up the sport.
I hope he does it with the rest of his fights as he claimed---even if he fought Paulie Maliguido.

The right way is getting it done, not waiting around for an uninspired commission who reaps no benefits from advanced testing to tell you they'll get around to it.

If Floyd wanted to clean the sport up he would have done it 40 fights ago when steriod use was most common.....He would also petition NSAC to change thier rules in all fights, not just his.

Other Boxers have to step up and help him to force the NSAC to change its testing procedures. It's gonna take alot more than Floyd and Mosley to force them to upgrade their testing system.
