You know what would be insanely funny? If the NSAC tests turned up PED's that the USADA's testing failed to catch on to. Im all for changing the rules for better testing, but that would turn this **** right on its ear.
I highly doubt they will change it at all....look at baseball where steriods were so rampid in the '90s yet it was only 2003 or 2004 that steriods began to be tested for. and in baseball reportingly 104 guys tested postitve yet in boxing u rarely hear about positive test. They dont care about it because they have thier own rules and will follow them. There has been no reason to upgrade because no boxer are usually tied to riods like baseball players.
Also each state would have to seperatly adapt their own rules unlike all baseball players have to follow the same procedure no matter what. It just sounds like a whole big mess to me
NSAC will modify their testing procedures if they feel it is necessary and if there is problem plaguing the sport. They will not change their procedures just because one fighter is scared to lose to another fighter and is demanding special rules to avoid the fight

You know what'd be even funnier? If you stepped out of your fantasy land and into reality.

True one mans insistance will not change the rules for everybody. Look at it this way, what if Barry Bonds is being accused by A-Rod and no other steriod problems arise in baseball, would we have steriod testing right now? No we wouldnt because the point of testing is to stop everyone from using, not to catch 1 guy whose being accused to no eviddence behind it
Floyd is making real change in the sport and thats all there is to it, no amount of ******* hate can conceal the fact that Floyd has made the right move in terms of cleaning up the sport.

Your logic sucks.
Btw, when Jose Conseco was accusing people of taking steroids, everyone thought he was crazy. He turned out to be spot on.
