I have never bought the excuse from Pacman not to take the blood test 14 dyas before the fight so in a sense i agree with your agrument however;
Your same point of view can be used for PBF. Wouldn't anybody or all of us (as you say) step in to the ring for $500,000 to fight a guy that has agreed to do 3 blood test having one done 24 days before the fight and the other the same day of the fight after they are finish while providing urine sample everyday towards the fight if necessary, which by the way is by far the most strict testing ever in the sport????

Floyd talks about Pacman refusing a fight because of a $25,000,000, but he is refusing the same because of 10 day differential of that particular test that Pacman has agreed to. So isn't Floyd refusing the fight for the same reasons????

Are you serious with this post? Floyd Mayweather Jr was
making MILLIONS before Manny could fight with two hands.
If it wasn't for Floyd retiring then Manny would not be where
he is today and that's a fact, unless he fought and beat Floyd
for the P4P title or any other title. You guys kill me with this
Floyd is jealous crap. Fact of the matter is that Manny Pacquiao
had NO good reason to turn down them tests and all of his excuses
were BULL****. Scared of needles? He has tattoos. Might be weak
before the fight? Gets blood drawn almost the same days before
Clottey and the next day playing basketball beating sparring partners
up. There is only 2 reasons why I can see Pacquiao turning down
them tests and they are 1. He didn't want to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr
OR 2. Is on something and didn't want to get caught..... wait a minute,
3. BOTH. All that money and an epic fight that could have defined
Pacquiao's greatness was thrown out the window for 14 days? 3
