              ****ty idea? A more strict drug testing policy is a ****ty idea?! How can you type that with a straight face? You *******s are unbelievable.

              And get it right. Pacquiao's refusal to prove that he is, indeed, a clean fighter is what ended the chance for the fight to happen. No matter if pride stood in the way or not, the fact remains, Manny refused the tests...and for what, exactly? What good does it do him?

                    the NSAC has jurisdiction over the fight since they are fighting in Las Vegas. Just because they have USADA conducting some tests doesn't mean they should not conduct their own tests. If USADA test results happen to be negative and NSAC's are positive, they have the gith to disqualify the boxer for failing the test. If NSAC's is negative and USADA's comes out positive, then the fighters has the right to invoke the provisions of the contract.
