Interestingly enough years ago, Cordoba was considered the best as an am, but in the pros Moreno is something else.

Slick, technical, will occasionally brawl (not a power guy but he can back guys up), but fundamentals are outstanding and he's quick.

Yeah, that's a good summary, IMO. Moreno didn't have much of an amateur career and wasn't considered to be a good prospect early in his career. However, he kept on improving. Plus the guy will fight anyone, anywhere.
