As soon as I saw you posted in this thread, I realized I forgot Poon.
Just an FYI, Boxrec has him down as fighting in Thailand on May 5th. I am unfamiliar with his opponent though.Comment

The weird thing is his opponent just lost yet gets a shot at the WBA title.
Poon fought a bigger Japanese guy his last fight.
I just wish he could fight the other guns at 122 like Escalante. I don't know how this guy jumped the line of the WBA, but the WBA are **** for making guys defend.
Hell even the BinMan Rendall Munroe would have been a better test.Comment

Yeah, the Hosono fight was a good little fight. The weird thing is his opponent just lost yet gets a shot at the WBA title.

Yeah, he's at his physical prime and I hope he can get fights against the other top guys at 122. If Caballero is moving up permanently, then I think he'll become "the champ" at 122.
But that's a good point about the WBA. #1-#3 are Escalante, Cordoba, and Munroe. Anyone of those are good fights for Poon. I wouldn't mind seeing a rematch with Cordoba either.
The thing is though, Munroe just won a WBC eliminator.....and now he's in another.Comment

Good list. Not sure about Moreno or Mayweather though.
The Poon is a nice touch.Comment
